Article Snippet: Clinical data from anti-CD19 CAR T therapies having murine scFv regions, such as Yescarta (CD28 based) and Kymriah (4-1BB based), indicate that although a small fraction of patients develop de novo anti-FMC63-binding antibodies, these antibodies generally did not affect initial expansion or early persistence of CAR T. This suggests that while humoral responses can be detected, their early impact on CAR T kinetics and efficacy may be limited by factors such as lymphodepletion and rapid CAR T expansion [ , ].
